Whyke Solutions was founded in 2021 with a cause to make academic and professional success more accessible, achievable, and supported. Our founder recognised a common struggle: students overwhelmed by academic demands and professionals stuck in career plateaus without clear guidance. Rather than let talent go untapped, he set out to create a service that delivers practical, results-driven support for every stage of learning and career growth.
What began as a small team of passionate educators and career coaches has grown into a trusted UK-registered company with an international reach. Since our launch, we’ve delivered over 500 student projects, guided more than 100 professionals, and revamped over 100 CVs and LinkedIn profiles, while consistently helping undergraduate and postgraduate students achieve average grades of 67% or higher. We do this by delivering expert coaching with a personalised approach, ensuring every client feels supported at every stage of their journey, whether it’s completing a dissertation,
passing a certification exam, or landing a dream job.

highlights showcase how Whyke Solutions turns challenges into success stories across professional
and academic levels.
Disruptive Technologies in Marketing
A 3,000-word equivalent e-Portfolio analysing digital disruption strategies for XYZ (redacted for anonymity). It included a situation analysis of their current technological standing, five cross-industry case studies, and the application of creative problem-solving to map disruptive technologies like Augmented Reality or Big Data to their models, culminating in a justified value assessment for implementation; earning a final score of 75% (Distinction).
MSc Dissertation in Mental Health/Public Health
A 15,000-word systematic review analysing ten qualitative studies assessed the effectiveness of culturally grounded interventions, such as faith-based programmes and peer support, in reducing depression and anxiety. Using thematic analysis within an interpretivist framework, the research emphasised cultural safety, identity affirmation, and community-led engagement, achieving a final score of 87% (Upper Distinction).
NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Careh
This diploma covered six units assessed through: a 1,500-word report on equality, diversity, and inclusion; a 2,000-word reflective essay and a 500-word plan on professional development; a 1,500-word report and a 1,500-word essay on communication systems; a 1,000-word report and a 2,000-word risk assessment on health and safety principles; a 1,500-word essay on HR and a 1,500-word essay on finance and regulation for resource management; and finally, two 1,500-word reports on assessment processes and care planning; completed successfully with a Pass across all units (NVQ assessments are graded on a Pass/Referred basis).
